Result of AGM

Swallowfield plc announces that all the resolutions proposed at yesterday's
AGM were approved.  These resolutions included a resolution which granted the
Company a general authority to purchase its own shares.  The Company is now
authorised to purchase up to 1,125,000 ordinary shares being just under 10 per
cent. of its issued ordinary share capital.
