Swallowfield plc ('Swallowfield') announces that it was informed yesterday that
Third Advance Value Realisation Company Limited no longer owns any shares in the
Company.



Swallowfield also confirms that it was notified yesterday that Peter
Gyllenhammar is now beneficially interested in 2,608,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company, representing approximately 23.2% of the issued share
capital and voting rights.



Mr Gyllenhammar's shares are owned by two 100 per cent. owned companies:


Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet                                       37,500
Union Discount Company of London Ltd                           2,570,500
                                                               2,608,000
