Swallowfield plc announces that it was today informed that, following a
purchase of 100,000 shares on 26 March for its client Jupiter Global Green
Investment Trust PLC, Jupiter Asset Management Limited now has an aggregate
interest in 1,421,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 12.62
per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
