Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Swallowfield announces that it was informed today that Mr B J Williamson,
Group Manufacturing Director, purchased 7,415 ordinary 5p shares in the
Company at a price of 93p per share.  Mr Williamson is now deemed to be
beneficially interested in 7,415 ordinary shares, representing approximately
0.06 per cent. of the entire issued share capital.
