Circ re. convening an EGM

Swallowfield PLC 13 March 2006 Swallowfield, the specialist manufacturer of a wide range of household goods, cosmetics and toiletry products, confirms that it has today despatched a Circular ('Circular') convening an extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') to seek the approval of Shareholders to a resolution in order that the entire issued ordinary share capital of Swallowfield may be transferred from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority to AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc.
