Board Changes

David Brown has today indicated his intention to resign as an executive director, and finance director, of the Company, with effect from 10 April 2012.

At the same time, the Board has resolved to appoint Marcus Mills as financial controller of the Company with effect from the date of this announcement.

Marcus Lee Mills, aged 38, qualified as an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has previously worked for Azlan plc and was the European Financial Controller of Minorplant plc. He is currently a director of Alno (United Kingdom) Limited but is not and has not been a director or partner of any other directorship or partnership in the last five years.

Marcus does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

Nicholas Braime, CEO of Braime commented "I, and the board of directors would like to thank David for his long years of service and his invaluable contribution to the Company. We would all like to wish him well in his retirement. We also look forward to welcoming Marcus to the Company."
