Braemar Group plc ('Braemar or the Company')


Braemar Group plc announce that they have today acquired 23,500,000 ordinary
shares in Poly Information plc ('Poly Information') representing approximately
3.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of Poly Information under the terms
of an agreement dated 19 October 2006 for corporate finance services relating to
the issue of an admission document for Poly Information dated 8 March 2007.


Braemar Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Braemar acts as financial
advisor and provides incubation services to Poly Information.


Marc Duschenes is currently a non - executive director of Poly Information and
conditional on the passing of certain resolutions at an EGM of Poly Information
will become non-executive chairman. Martin Robinson is a non - executive
director of Poly Information.


Marc Duschenes currently owns 28,250,000 ordinary shares in Poly Information
representing approximately 4.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of Poly
Information.


Martin Robinson currently owns 8,750,000 ordinary shares in Poly Information
representing approximately 1.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of Poly
Information.
