Braemar Group plc ('the Company')


The Company received notification on 13 July 2007 that Mr. Nigel William Wray
has an interest in 8,333,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company 
('Ordinary Shares'), which represents 5.09% of the Company's issued Ordinary 
Share capital.


The Company also received notification on 13 July 2007 that on 13 July 2007,
City Equities Limited ('City Equities') had disposed of 8,333,333 Ordinary
Shares representing 5.09 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital. These shares were acquired through a placing participation, which have
subsequently been sold to certain private customers in the ordinary course of
City Equities' business, acting as principal.
