Director's Dealings

The Company announces that it received notification on 7 July 2008 that, on 4 July 2008, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 1.5p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchase is now 30,868,332 Ordinary Shares representing 18.85% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
