Director's Dealings

The Company announces that it received notification on 27 June 2008 that, on 27 June 2008, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 2.5p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchase is now 30,618,332 Ordinary Shares representing 18.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
