Director's dealings


The Company announces that it has received notification of the following
Director's dealing made on 22 August 2006:


Jonathan Murphy, Finance Director, sold 124,762 ordinary shares of 1p each 
('Ordinary Shares') at 3.75p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr
Murphy following the disposal is 843,028 Ordinary Shares representing 0.74% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.


The Company announces that it has also received notification of the following
Director's dealing made on 23 August 2006:


Anthony McFarland, Non-Executive Director, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 3.0p
per share.


JTM Holdings Limited, a company controlled by Mr. McFarland sold 50,000 Ordinary
Shares at 3.0p per share.


The beneficial interest of Mr McFarland following the disposals is 2,500,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.20% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
