Director's dealing made on 18 August 2006:

Jonathan Murphy, Finance Director, purchased 124,762 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') at 4p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr
Murphy following the purchase is 967,790 Ordinary Shares representing 0.85% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
