Contract Win


Braemar is pleased to announce that it has exclusively won the contract to
market and manage a £10m residential property site in Berkshire. Imperial Place
is a premium development of 28 new apartments located in Maidenhead, and will be
marketed through Braemar's growing Berkshire operation.

The fee for this contract, which is partly conditional upon success, is expected
to be in excess of 1% of the gross development value.

Braemar will also retain an ongoing management contract to manage the properties
for the longer term, and will update the market on progress of plot sales in due
course.

Commenting on the contract win, CEO Marc Duschenes said, 'It is important that
Braemar's core fund and property management activities are beginning to be
complimented by a growing number of other property related activities, including
this project, which will deliver to shareholders economies of scale by further
use of our existing operational activities'
