Purchase by Employee Share Trust

The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the 'ESOP') on Wednesday 3 November acquired 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 531.06 pence per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 882,842 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 4.19 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
