The Company has received notification that as at 19 January 2007 AXA S.A. and
its Group Companies had a beneficial interest in 751,333 ordinary shares,
representing 3.72 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and
a non-beneficial interest in 931,866 ordinary shares, representing 4.61 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
