The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 12,500
ordinary shares in the Company on 01 August 2007 at a price of 402.698 pence per
share of which Mr. Marsh gifted 10,000 to his children and the remaining 2,500
were gifted to his wife. Accordingly, Mr Marsh is now beneficially interested in
1,170,002 ordinary shares, representing 5.74 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
