The Board announces that James Kidwell, Finance Director, today exercised share
options over 35,000 ordinary shares at a price of 181.5 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Kidwell now owns 47,250 ordinary shares, representing 0.23 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
