190% increase in Mapped Area of Pegmatites and 75% Increase in Claims Staked at Bradda Head's San Domingo Property

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM:BHL, OTCQB:BHLIF), the North America-focused lithium development group, is pleased to release initial results from its recent 3D remote mapping exercise. The exercise was undertaken by SRK Consulting (UK) Limited ("SRK"), the highly regarded independent geological consultants, at the Company's San Domingo lithium pegmatite project in Arizona. Bradda Head have increased their landholding by adding approximately 75% or 10km2 of claims and leases around San Domingo, a historic lithium mining district in Arizona.

Highlights :

· SRK's 3D remote mapping programme using high-resolution aerial imagery has identified a 190% increase in the area of likely pegmatite outcrops, originally covering 75 acres and now covering 220 acres identified on Bradda's San Domingo claims in its historic lithium mining district in Arizona. Field verification of SRK's remote mapping is required to confirm the presence of pegmatites and to characterise their mineralogy and lithium hosting potential.

· Numerous new pegmatites have been identified in all San Domingo claim blocks, with 1,490 inferred outcrops occurring within BHL's existing claim areas. Individual pegmatites with thicknesses over 1 m have been mapped; whilst the majority may be small and discontinuous, some appear to be more substantial presenting priority targets for follow up work.

· The presence of increased numbers of pegmatite outcrops is significant, given that lithium in spodumene has been found at some pegmatites in our claim blocks at San Domingo. Grab sample grades of up to 8% Li2O have been found demonstrating the presence of spodumene.

· Sub-surface orientations of some pegmatites are discernible from 3D outcrop geometries and Bradda now has a greater understanding and definition of pegmatite surface boundaries and the likely extent of the pegmatite field, aiding our current drill programme focus (rig mobilised in July see press release dated 18th July) and future programmes. The results can be seen on the Company's website at https://www.braddaheadltd.com/media/image-library/.

· Bradda Head has also added approximately 10km2 of claims and leases adjacent to San Domingo following the positive results from the mapping project and exploration work to date at San Domingo. This now takes the San Domingo Project landholding to c.23km2 (see map of total claim package https://www.braddaheadltd.com/media/image-library/))

· Bradda's geological team anticipate that the Company's pegmatite district may have larger structures at depth, based on all work undertaken to date including; surface sampling, channel sampling, geophysics, remote sensing and 3D modelling by Bradda and SRK geologists.

· Multiple pegmatite clusters that together occupy a northeast-trending zone have been identified. The inferred contacts of Cretaceous Granite and Tertiary volcanic rock units have been better defined using regional mapping and aerial imagery. These units appear to limit the extent of pegmatites, which are hosted by Proterozoic rocks. (see map at  https://www.braddaheadltd.com/media/image-library/)

· Historically mapped Li-bearing zones at the North Morning Star and Midnight Owl prospects have been located in 3D and used to inform modelling and corroborate mapping.

· A follow-up field observation, soil sampling, and channel sampling programme is now underway across the full 23km2 San Domingo Project landholding.

Charles FitzRoy, CEO of Bradda Head, commented:

"We are delighted to be working with SRK on our San Domingo Li in Pegmatite Project. The 3D mapping project undertaken at San Domingo, has helped in the design our drill programme and the greater understanding of our pegmatites extent at surface and depth.

" Our San Domingo pegmatite district is extensive, having been historically mined for lithium in spodumene in the 1940s and 1950s, within our permitted license area. Historical records show that the average reported grade of the Spodumene mined during this period was 740t at 2.75% Li20! Our claims now cover c.23kms2. The additional 10km2 of claims and leases strengthens Bradda's position in the district dramatically. The recent mapping programme was vital in helping us understand where to add additional claims at San Domingo.

"Further surface fieldwork has added to our knowledge and strengthened our theory of the geological structures at depth at our San Domingo claims. This 3D mapping project combined with all fieldwork to date at San Domingo has helped in drillhole targeting and orientation, the planned drill programme will enable us to glean the potential size of deposit more accurately at San Domingo if drilling proves positive.

"As most people are aware Arizona is known as the Copper State in the USA so it no surprise to note that our claim area also contains historical gold, silver, copper, and vanadium mining operations which naturally are of interest to us."

Details

Following on from SRK's remote mapping and Bradda's geological fieldwork, the Company decided to increase the number of exploration holes it will drill at its two San Domingo lithium pegmatite claims in Central Arizona. At Central San Domingo 10 holes will be drilled (recently increased from 6 due to further mapping) and at Northern San Domingo a 20 hole programme was added, thereby bringing the programme to approximately 7,000 meters in total. The decision was made following 3D remote mapping of the Company's whole San Domingo claims. Both drilling programmes are designed to test the mineralogy of Bradda Head's pegmatite district and the geometry of pegmatites at depth, and to test the thesis held by the Company's geological team that Bradda Head's pegmatite district has larger structures at depth, similar to other zoned pegmatite systems like Liontown Resources' Kathleen Valley project in Australia.

An extensive soil sampling and channel sampling programme is underway across the whole 23km2 claim area, which will help with future drill hole targeting.

Other mineralisation types exist at Bradda's historic pegmatite mining district, including previous copper, gold, silver, and vanadium mines. Bradda is focussing on the lithium prospects currently, but plans to fully evaluate these other minerals once this first phase of drilling is complete.

Previous surface sampling at named outcropping pegmatites in the San Domingo claim blocks returned individual sample grade highlights of:

Midnight Owl: 1.44% Li2O

Joker: 0.35% Li2O

White Ridge: 2.49% Li2O

Lower Jumbo: 1.62% Li2O

Sunrise: 0.67% Li2O

North Morning Star: 0.92% Li2O
