                        The 4Less Group Plc ('Company')

                   Results of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting, which was held today,
all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The Company also announces that David Haddon, the Marketing Director of the
Company, has resigned from the board for personal reasons and Clinton O'Neill
has been appointed as General Manager, Sales and Marketing. Commenting on
David's resignation, Eric Peacock added, 'On behalf of the board I would like to
thank David for his commitment to the Company. We wish him well for the future.'
