The Board of Brands Hatch Leisure PLC (the 'Company') has
noted the rise in the Company's share price since the
close of business on Monday 18 October of 14% and
announces that it has received a preliminary approach,
which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the
Company at what is now a modest premium to the current
market price. A further announcement will be made as soon
as practicable.
