Brands Hatch Leisure PLC ('Brands Hatch' or the 'Company')

Following the recommended offer for Brands Hatch becoming wholly unconditional
on 30 November 1999, the Company announces that Roger North and Sir Rodney
Walker resigned from the board of directors of the Company on 30 November 1999
and 10 December 1999 respectively.
