We write to advise you that we have today been informed by Mr H. L Fuller, a
director of BP Amoco plc, that on 24 August 1999 he ceased to have an interest
in 4,785 BP Amoco ADSs (equivalent to approximately 28,710 BP Amoco Ordinary
shares) registered in his name, having transferred those shares to charity by
way of gift.
