- we were advised on 26 September 2001 by Lloyds TSB Registrars that the
following directors of BP p.l.c. received the numbers of shares shown
opposite their names below on 26 September 2001 @ £5.62 per share under the
Company's dividend reinvestment plan:-
Dr J.G.S. Buchanan 113 Ordinary shares
Mr R.F. Chase 1,864 Ordinary shares
Sir Robin Nicholson 25 Ordinary shares
- we were advised on 26 September 2001 that the following directors of BP p.l.c.
acquired the numbers of shares shown opposite their names below on 26
September 2001 @ £5.62 per share through reinvestment of dividends on shares
held by them respectively in the BP Employee Share Ownership Plan:-
Lord Browne of Madingley 714 Ordinary shares
Mr R.F. Chase 3,556 Ordinary shares
