Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that it has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') on AIM through Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited as part of its buyback programme announced on 19 August 2016:

Highest price paid per Share:

25.50p

Lowest price paid per Share:

25.13p

 

 

The Shares purchased are being held in treasury.  Following the purchases, Bowleven holds 6,489,536 Shares in treasury and its issued share capital (excluding treasury Shares) consists of 321,414,345 Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per share).  Accordingly, the total voting rights in Bowleven is 321,414,345.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bowleven under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
