                              Notifiable Interest


The Company announces that it received notice on 20 June that Fidelity
International Limited ('FIL'), including its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
had an interest of 1,116,900 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 5.3% of the issued capital of the Company. This represents the
entire holding of FIL in the share capital of the Company.

In addition, the company announces that it received notice on 20 June that FMR
Corporation ('FMR'), including its direct and indirect subsidiaries, had an
interest of 792,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
3.75% of the issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire
holding of FMR in the share capital of the Company.
