                               Notifiable Interest


The Company announces that it received notification on 28 February 2006 that on
23 February 2006 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., including its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, no longer had a notifiable interest in the issued share
capital of the Company.

On 27 October 2005 the Company disclosed that The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.,
including its direct and indirect subsidiaries, had an interest of 1,800,700
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 6.08% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
