                             Notifiable Interest



The Company announces that it received notice on 13 April 2006 that on 12 April
2006 Man Financial Limited ('MFL') no longer had a notifiable interest in the 
share capital of the Company.


On 29 March 2006 the Company announced that MFL had an interest in 948,068
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 3.20% of the issued 
share capital of the Company.
