                              Notifiable Interest

The Company announces that it received notice on 15 August 2005 that
Fidelity International Limited ('FIL'), including its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, being a non-beneficial holder had an interest of 1,414,750
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 6.70% of
the issued capital of the Company. This represents the entire holding
of FIL in the share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company announces that it received notice on 15 August
2005 that FMR Corporation ('FMR'), including its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, being a non-beneficial holder had an interest of 952,600
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.51%
of the issued share capital of the Company. This represents the entire
holding of FMR in the share capital of the Company.
