The Company announces that it received notification on 12 December 2006 that on
11 December 2006:

Fidelity International Limited ('FIL'), including its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, being a non-beneficial holder  had an interest of 2,030,436
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.96% of the issued
share capital  of the Company.  This represents the entire holding of FIL in the
share capital of the Company.
