Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ('GS Inc') that at close of business on 16 June 2005
GS Inc were interested in 1,480,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing 7.01% of the current issued capital of the Company. This represents
the entire holding of GS Inc. in the share capital of the Company.
