27 November 2006 Artemis Investment Management Limited ('Artemis') and certain
of its investment clients had a notifiable interest in 1,725,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.07% of the issued share capital of
the Company. This represents the entire holding of Artemis in the share capital
of the Company
