The Company announces that on 22 June 2005 John Brown, Financial Director of the
Company, acquired 1,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 500p per
share. Following this transaction, John Brown's total shareholding in the
Company is 1,500 shares, representing 0.0001% of the issued share capital of the
Company.


The Company also announces that on 22 June 2005 Peter Wilson, Commercial
Director of the Company, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 495p per share. Following this transaction Peter Wilson's total
shareholding in the Company is 8,700 shares, representing 0.0004% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
