The Company announces that the following share purchases were made by a Director of Bowleven plc:-

Kevin Hart, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company in the open market on 23 December 2014 at a price of 27.75 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Kevin Hart's total shareholding in the Company is 2,812,364 shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date. The table below shows Kevin Hart's total shareholding.
