Timothy Sullivan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 46,745 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 63.75p per share. Following this transaction, Timothy Sullivan's total shareholding in the Company is 46,745 shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
