                            Appointment of directors


The Company yesterday announced in its Preliminary Results announcement, the
appointment to the Board of BowLeven, of Robert Walvis, Steve Lowden and John
Morrow.  None of the Directors appointed has a current interest in the share
capital of BowLeven, although it is the intention to grant certain Directors
options over ordinary shares in the near future following their appointments.


Commenting on the appointments Terry Heneaghan, Executive Chairman of BowLeven,
said: 'We are delighted to have been able to attract directors of the calibre of
Robert, Steve and John to the BowLeven Board.  Their range of skills will
complement and enhance the Board of BowLeven and will help enormously to guide
the Company forward as it seeks to develop its assets.'
