Result of Annual General Meeting held on 11 July 2012

The Company hereby gives notification that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11 July 2013, all the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed.  The Board would like to thank the shareholders of the Company for their continued support.

In accordance with listing rule 9.6.3 a copy of the resolutions passed as special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be made available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The details of all resolutions passed are as follows:

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS - ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. That Ernst & Young LLP be re-appointed as Auditors to the Company, to hold such office until the next Annual General Meeting, and that the Directors be authorised to agree the Auditors' remuneration.

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS - SPECIAL BUSINESS

2.       That the Directors' remuneration remain at the same levels.

1. That, in replacement for all previous authorities, the Company be authorised, in accordance with section 315 (1)(a) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended (the "2008 Law"), to make market acquisitions of shares in the capital of the Company on the terms set out in the notice of the AGM.
