Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, following completion of the placing announced on 17 February 2012, its issued share capital now consists of 138,282,267 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
