UPDATE ON ASSET REALISATIONS

Further to the Chairman's statement made at the Company's AGM on 28 February
2000, the Company is pleased to announce that it has now disposed of a
property in Sheffield and assigned a leasehold interest in London.

The long leasehold property at Harvest Lane, Sheffield was sold for £240,000
and the Company accepted a payment of £225,000 to vacate, 18 months early,
leasehold premises at Greenwich in London.

In addition, as a result of the Group rationalisation programme, a property
surplus to the Group's requirements, at Bradford is now being actively
marketed at a price of £350,000.

The Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31
March 2000 before the end of May.
