                                BOARD CHANGES


Brooke Industrial Holdings Plc ('Brooke') announces that Messrs M. J. Arnold
and R. R. Morris have today joined the board of Brooke as Non-Executive
Directors, with Mr Arnold agreeing to act as Non-Executive Chairman.


The existing Executive Chairman Mr J. K. Daspher, together with Messrs R. C.
H. Boddington and A. D. Owen, two of the existing Non-Executive Directors,
have resigned from the board with immediate effect.


Following these board changes, the constitution of the Brooke board will be as
follows:-


M. J. Arnold          (Non-Executive Chairman)

M. P. Childs          (Managing Director)

P. M. Gill          (Finance Director)

J. D. Abell          (Non-Executive Director)

R. R. Morris          (Non-Executive Director)
