The Company was notified today that following the purchase of 25,000 ordinary
shares on 31 August 2001 and the purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares on 4
September 2001, Mr Richard M Elliott currently has an notifiable interest in
310,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company, representing 3.3 per
cent of the issued share capital of that class.
