DISCLOSURE OF NOTIFIABLE INTERESTS

The Company has received notification of the following interests in the
ordinary share capital of the Company:

1. Jourdan plc now holds an interest in 2,808,735 shares representing 29.96
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital;

2. Highfield Electronics Limited now holds an interest in 718,333 shares
representing 7.66 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital;

3. Prudential plc now holds an interest in 649,122 shares representing 6.92
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital; and

4. D J Harrold Esq no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's
shares.
