BROOKE INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS PLC
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Company is pleased to announce that, following admission of the new
ordinary shares in the Company arising from the recent open offer to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities, David Abell was appointed yesterday
to the board of Brooke Industrial Holdings plc as a non-executive director.
