DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2000
Brooke Industrial Holdings plc, the international manufacturer and distributor
of engineering components, will be making its announcement of interim results
for the six months ended 31 March 2000 during the week ended 16 June 2000.
