dated 17 July 2006 that following a purchase of shares on 13 July 2006 by
Lansdowne Partners Limited, (on behalf of client funds that it manages), it now
controls 9,550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company,
representing 7.48 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
