fax on 6 September 2006 that following a purchase of shares by Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ('MSSL'), MSSL hold a total of 7,756,250 ordinary shares of
1p each in the capital of the Company, representing 6.07 per cent of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
