Directors' Dealing

Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified on 15 February 2022, that on the same day, Jonathan Glasspool, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence per Ordinary Share, and Laurie Benson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 48,902 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.22 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Jonathan Glasspool is interested in 532,857 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and Laurie Benson is interested in 48,902 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
