Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified earlier today, that Simon Stilwell, Chief Executive of the Company, today purchased 50,000 shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.65 pence per Ordinary Shares.

Following this transaction, Simon Stilwell is interested in 3,185,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
