Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, has received notification that Christopher Waldron a PDMR of the Company, has transferred his entire beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which are held through a Retirement Annuity Trust ("RAT"), to a person closely associated ("PCA") to him, Claire Waldron, for nil consideration.
