Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities

 

Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of some of the Directors.

 

Further to the announcement released on 20 November 2023, the Company is pleased to confirm Mr Chris Waldron's appointment as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from today's date. Mr Waldron has been appointed to each of the Company's established Committees, being the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Environmental Social and Governance Committee and the Management Engagement and Service Providers Committee.

 

With effect from 1 January 2024, Mr Waldron will take over the role of Chair of the Management Engagement and Service Providers Committee from Ms Elizabeth (Libby) Burne.

 

There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with listing rule 9.6.11.
