One share unit represents one share in each of the ten trusts.

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market that the Company's capital consists of 13,622,600
ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights.  Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 13,622,600.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Blue Planet Financials Growth &
Income Investment Trust Nos 1-10 plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
